The NCC Real Estate Operations Department manages all NCC properties built through the development department and with the assistance of Chelsea Construction Management. Real Estate Operations manages senior homes, family town houses, and mid-rise mixed tenancy buildings.
The Real Estate Departments is responsible for providing a wide variety of services to NCC housing and includes
The Real Estate Department is also an important source of local jobs to community residents. The department employs more than 250 people. Aside from maintaining the physical community, the direct hiring of these employees keeps income in the community. Almost 70 percent of the department's employees reside in Newark.
